    OMG! You’re right on point about the Crohn’s disease. I developed a terrible flare thanks to lack of sleep, dreadful food choices and stress. I’ve been raw foods for 2 months now and feel ALOT better! Bless you!

    I am not trying to be mean but for me my thing is eat healthy (but i still eat meat) but greens help too and implementation people dont do that any more people look for a small cut too much :) but i like what your doing it helps people lives a lot. and i am naturally skinny so i kinda feel weird that i am watching this.

    The other huge thing is that you can research for hours about what foods are excellent /terrible and have a certain thought when they are all incorrect. The fact is, each person’s body is unique and can tolerate things that others can’t.

    In raw foods in particular a lot of sites will say “never do …,” or “you must …” In reality there are always exceptions to the rule. For instance: “never eat fruit with meat,” except papaya can be eaten with anything.

    Point is, trust your body over anything you read.

    Cravings, hunger, being full. Sounds simple but it’s common for people, including myself, to worry about how many calories we are getting, how much stout , protein,etc.etc..etc..

    I just meant we can drop all that “knowledge” and just let the body tell us what it needs. I.E. I thought I needed 3000+ calories a day and would break down large meals. I realize I only needed that many calories because my body wasn’t getting the right nutrients.
