Drinking too much water dilutes the digestive acids and enzymes. One should never drink before a meal & as small as possible during a meal. Everyone time a person urinates, they lose minerals and water soluble vitamins. There is a minority in the medical profession that will refer to studies showing that drinking the amount of water suggested by so many weight loss specialists is not healthy and does not decrease appetite & does not increase weight loss. Please do research this for physically .

The ICF (=Global Classification of functioning disability and health) designed and approved from WHO (= thats the World Heath Organization) stated in 2001 that a disability always comes with at least one problem in health condition. I really hope you dont find this offensive!!! And I appologize for my stupid comment! Thats not my point I really just want to clarify what I was trying to say concerning health and disability.
    If your health condition is…

  6. LDerFrieder Says:

that he or she is boundet on a wheelchair than he or she is disabeld. He or she is not able to participate on live in society the same scale like people who have a normal weight. Same goes for activity and body functioning / structure. I really dont want to sound like a f* nazi or something and I choose that people with a disability can be healthy and that it is a part of human diversity.

  7. LDerFrieder Says:

a sickness that lasts longer than 6 mounth or an accident your activity, participation and your body functioning and structure will be limited. Thats what makes, at least from a scientific point of view, a disability. So you are perfectly right. Disabeld does not always equal unhealthy but it is a part of it. If a person for instance eats so much that he or she gained so much weight

@LDerFrieder Dude or dudette! WTF?!?! I have a genetic dysfunction and I do not see that saying anything about my disability meaning I have no health and no life. Just because I can’t walk does not mean I am UNHEALTHY! I can still point out what I eat, drink and do. Yes I may not be able to implementation , just going out and doing things is healthy on its own. Not staying in the house 24/7 and going out only when you must.
sick or disabled = unhealthy? aww hellz no!
